About Frank

As the owner of Frank C. Filisky, LLC, my focus is to provide comprehensive financial and tax planning advice to retirees for their unique financial challenges. While specializing in personal retirement income planning, I offer my clients the services of being an investment advisor representative of Tucker Asset Management.  

Continually conscious of educating myself to serve my clients better, I have earned the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Estate Planner (CEP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). I belong to the Financial Planning Association, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the Society of Estate Planners. My undergraduate degrees were in Business and Psychology from Youngstown State University.  

I have been a 17-year member of the Board of Directors of Eastern Behavioral Health Center and a 23-year member of the Board of Advisors of Consumer Credit Counseling, a service which I helped to originate in Youngstown, Ohio. In my own community of Lowellville, Ohio, I have served as Tax Commissioner, the high school’s statistician for football and basketball, and as a sports columnist covering these same events for the local newspaper.  

 Running the day-to-day activities of our planning practice is my wife of forty-nine years, Sandie Filisky, a Certified Para-Planner (CPP)**. We have three grown children, Brian, Michael and Stephanie, and five grandchildren, Sophia, Emmitt, Nathan, Ayla and Steven.
